Is there a free trial?
Founding shops get full access free during the beta. Join the waitlist to lock in founding-shop pricing before public launch.
What happens if my shop outgrows a tier mid-month?
You can upgrade anytime. We prorate the difference on your next invoice — no cancellation fees, no forced annual commitments on upgrades.
Do you charge per user?
Only on Starter (up to 5 users). Shop and Studio plans are unlimited users — hire without worrying about seat costs.
What about Square transaction fees?
Square charges their standard card-processing fee (currently 2.6% + 10¢ in-person, 2.9% + 30¢ online). ShopFlow OS adds zero markup — we pass Square's rate through unchanged.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch to annual anytime to lock in the 20% discount. Switch back at renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Export everything to CSV or JSON at any time. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
Is setup included?
Every plan includes self-serve onboarding with video walkthroughs. Studio includes a dedicated setup call — we import your existing orders, configure your production phases, and train your team.
