How a tournament order flows through ShopFlow OS
- 1. League books the order
Coordinator emails or fills out your inquiry form. You set up a project for 80 medals + 1 first-place trophy.
- 2. Name list collected via portal
Coordinator uploads the CSV directly into the portal. Each name becomes a per-item personalization field.
- 3. Proof generated and approved
Engraver drops the layout proof. Coordinator approves on their phone.
- 4. Engraving queue
Job moves to the laser station. Operator filters the queue by 'laser today' and works through the list.
- 5. Assembly and final QC
Medals get attached to ribbons; trophy column screws together. QC scans every name against the approved list.
- 6. Pickup and invoice
Coordinator picks up Friday morning. Tap-to-pay on Square. Done.

Can ShopFlow OS handle my 200-name volleyball league order?
Yes. Bulk projects support per-item personalization fields. Upload a CSV of names and each medal becomes its own line item with the right name attached.
Do you import from CorelDRAW or LightBurn?
We don't replace your engraving software. Cut and engrave files attach to the project as references — your operator opens them in Corel or LightBurn from the project record with one click.
What about engraving fonts and logo libraries?
Per-customer logo libraries live in the client record. Next time the same league orders, last year's logo is already there.
Is there a way to handle rush fees automatically?
Yes. Set a rush rule (under 72 hours = +25%) and the quote applies it automatically when the deadline is short. No more eating the rush surcharge by accident.
