ShopFlow OS wasn't designed in a startup conference room. It was built by a working shop owner who was tired of losing orders.

Custom fabrication shops run on chaos. Orders come in through Square, email, phone, and walk-ins. Production status lives in someone's head or on a whiteboard. Clients call to ask where their order is. Design files get lost in email threads. Staff clock in on paper. The owner has no idea if the shop is profitable until the month is over.

We tried Trello, Airtable, spreadsheets, Zapier glue, and half a dozen SaaS tools stitched together. Every one of them was built for software teams or retail stores — not for a shop building custom signs, plaques, and carved wood pieces that take weeks, split into multiple items, and need client design approvals along the way.

So we built our own. ShopFlow OS is the tool we wished existed: production, design, CRM, inventory, shipping, invoicing, staff, time clock, payroll, and AI — one login, one database, one team, one dashboard.

It's in active daily use in our own shop. Every feature was built to solve a real problem we actually had. And now we're opening it up to other makers who are ready to stop losing orders and start running their shop like a business.
